Kir Royale
A perfect way to celebrate any special occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Creme de Cassis
- 5 ounces Champagne or Sparkling Wine
Instructions
- First add the Creme de Cassis in a flute
- Add the champagne or sparkling wine.
Notes
It's important to make sure the sparkling wine is completely chilled. You may add Chambord or any other flavored liquor you prefer.
The cocktail should have a lovely blush color. If you prefer a sweeter cocktail add a bit more liquer.
Garnish with raspberries or any other berry that you enjoy.
